Our optimization team doesn’t stop with the data you already have. The reality is that a very high percentage of analytics builds are either flawed or completely broken and Hotjar or a similar tool may not be optimally configured, if at all. Attempting to uncover trends & patterns that come from a flawed or broken analytics setup is like trying to read a novel with missing pages or chapters…it doesn’t work that well!

For this reason, we include a 136 point Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) audit to identify existing gaps and deficiencies. This phase also includes both a GA and GTM CRO-focused implementation that corrects setup errors/gaps/deficiencies and is 100% customized for your unique customer journey. We also install Hotjar (if not installed) and customize it as needed. You get the added benefit of retaining your customized analytics implementation forever!
